Opened in 2017, Hoppers Marylebone pays homage to the Tropical Modernist movement and the legacy of late Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. Accommodating 100 guests across two floors and an outdoor terrace, St Christopher’s Place offers a sophisticated yet high-energy work environment in the heart of London. It is an ideal setting for those who thrive in a fast-paced, yet fun and accessible environments. The Position

The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Bartender will have:

Prior experience as a Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
